Transformers Megatron Silver Collectible Coin Available – For Now!
Australian Coins, Silver Coins Wednesday, July 8th, 2009Just like the fictional characters they represent, the Megatron Transformers Silver Proof Collectible Coin is ready to duke it out with his nemesis, Optimus Prime. Both coins are available now from the Perth Mint in an extremely limited mintage.
Only 5,000 coins for each design will be produced, and indicators are that they are selling fast. The Perth Mint is already limiting quantity sales.
Each coin is legal tender issued under the authority of the Tuvalu Government. More importantly, the coins are struck from 1 oz of 99.9% pure silver.
Which coin will sell out first, Optimus Prime or Megatron. Only time will tell, but don't wait too long to get yours. Think of the great gifts they would make.
